Do I qualify for assistance?
If you are on a low income, unemployed, under-employed, a pensioner or are experiencing or have experienced a circumstance that is making it difficult for you to make ends meet, please visit us.
What type of assistance is available?
Help with your weekly shopping – fruit & vegetables, bread, groceries (varies subject to availability). We can certainly meet some of your weekly needs.
Can I get cash?
No cash payments or vouchers are given out.
No cash is kept on the premises.
Can I volunteer with FreedomCare?
We are staffed purely by volunteers, and welcome more ‘hands on deck’, whether in a purely voluntary capacity or as part of your WftD programme. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call in during our opening hours.
